IdPi -- Build a JRiver Id for about $90

<< < (2/7) > >>

JimH:
MC22 can load an MC20 library, but not the other way around.

[Edit: The Id now uses MC22 and will work with MC22 or MC23.]

DLNA will work between MC20 and MC22, in either direction.

--- Quote from: jwk246 on September 21, 2017, 12:48:28 pm ---Has JRiver ever looked into using Odroid C2 for Id? ARM Cortex A53 1.5GHz Quad Core, Mali-450 GPU, HDMI 2.0 4K/60Hz, Gig Ethernet, H.265 4K/60fps, H.264 4K/30fps, 2GB DDR3 SDRAM, eMMC5.0 Flash Storage, UHS-1 MicroSD, IR Receiver, RPi footprint & layout very close to model 3. Very close in price to RPi.

Yes. IIRC it doesn't do 24 bit color X-Server, a requirement for MC.

bhampster:
Edit- Wanted to know about using this to play multichannel files but see in another thread now that it does not.

drmimosa:
What is the timeline for IdPi MC23 release?
