JRiver 21.0.91 Ubuntu 16.04.01 crash after running several hours

This is a fresh install of JRiver 21.0.91 on Ubuntu 16.04.01 64 bit.  Ubuntu is only running JRiver, nothing else.  Ubuntu is not updated.

I 'm posting the attached crash report from JRiver.  Can somebody advice please?  Reason I am asking is during the previous Ubuntu installation, I updated the Ubuntu and still experienced a crash. Is this crash related to package incompatibility and how do I troubleshoot it?
