Using Music Service (e.g. Spotify)

(1/1)

TedK:
I just upgraded from JR19 to JR22.  I am curious.  Is it in any way possible to route music from a music service, such as Spotify, so that it can be played in JR22?  I suspect not.  But has anyone ever considered this or found a way to do it?  Maybe somehow make JR a default player through the sound card. I suppose I'm a bit naive about this issue.

Thanks for the WIKI page.

If I'm not mistaken, to avoid Windows from doing any conversion of data you should set the bit depth and sample rate of the JRiver playback device to 16/44Khz.
