"there was a problem tweeting the playing track"

when i used itunes, i had a plugin called 'playingnow' which would send to twitter the details of whatever i was listening to. it would do it automatically, without intervention from me.

media center has a function for doing something similar. as i understand it, you go to the 'playing now' window, and choose 'tweet playing now' from the drop-down window.

this only works half the time. sometimes it works, & sometimes i get the error message shown in the subject line above.

1 - what can i do about this?
2 - is there a way to automate the tweeting of what is playing now?
3 - is there a way to change the text of the outgoing twitter message?
