Master License restore

I have a Master License that I mostly use at my Qnap 251+. For about a week a get messages that the trial period is over and that I have to restore. This
happened 3 times. I get a mail that I have 6 restores in 12 months. I do not know why a have to restore, so I think I'm running out of restore moments.
Further it is unpleasant that all indexs are gone. How to solve the problem?

Periodically make a backup of the library to the QNAP share.
Not sure why your license would go away unless you have an old build and you lose it on QNAP reboot.
