Issue with Mac version

Mac version installed.

Library of 190 k imported.  Art work is in the files

Art work visible on JRiver on the Mac laptop

JRemote can attach without issue

But art work does not reliably show on jremote.  It may show or may not.  First few files ( at top of sort list) will typically have art work.  If I scroll to W files for example  - no art work.  But art work may or may not show - maybe in minutes, maybe not at all

( same music data is incorporated in a windows version and art work shows quickly no matter where in sort list one is positioned in jremote).  This version has been in use for over a year

Any ideas, suggestions, thoughts?

Restart MC.  Kill JRemote (or reboot the ipad) and restart JRemote.  Sometimes there are caching issues with JRemote.

Try rebuilding missing thumbnails:

Tools > Options > Tree & View > Thumbnails > Build missing thumbnails

Check the progress from system info:  Help > System Info
