Multichannel VST plugin support
« on: October 19, 2016, 02:48:37 pm »

Dear All,

I would like to know if JRiver supports multichannel VST plugins (in multichannel mode)
e.g. Voxengo CurveEQ in 5.1 or 7.1 mode so I could process each channel individually

Thank you in advance

Probably.  I use multichannel DiracLive VST plug-ins for EQ with JRiver.

I've used Voxengo multi-channel plugins for years with JRiver with no problems.

Yes, but only if you are playing to a multichannel device.
Since output format is fixed at the top of DSP, you cannot use multichannel VST plugins if your device is stereo.
