Restrict users' options on Webgizmo?
« on: October 25, 2016, 08:59:05 am »

Hi. I would like to give friends and relatives access to my music collection and letting them use Webgizmo seems to be the easiest way to do  it. Is there any way to restrict their playback options? I want them to be able to play music on their computers, but I don't want them to inadvertently (or mischievously) start playback on my home speakers. Thanks.

I would love to see user management improvements.

I'm sure some people might have some suggestions.
Maybe you could run a second JRiver server for them.
I run a subsonic server for things like that though.

Thanks. I run Subsonic, too. When I set up MC, I was hoping I could meet all my needs with just one application but I guess that's not going to be possible. MC is awesome at home but I'm finding it lacking as a streamer to remote computers and mobile devices.
