Can't get Media 22 going

My Media 22 won't open on my MAC Book Pro. I'm now getting a color wheel. Previously when it did open I could not play any music.  I have never been able to use this program from version 19 to 22. I keep buying it, because other high end audio people use it. I live in the Los Angeles Area and I'll pay to get this up and running. 310-466-1040 I'm Bill

Well, first things first. What version of Mac OS X/macOS are you using?

Are you making sure you open the .dmg file and drag and drop Media Center 22 into the Applications folder and start it from there?

Hi. I am having the same issue. I already restored the license 2x. It keeps lingering and will not play music. I restored the version 22 multiple times.

I have mac mini 2014 yosemite with 8gb. My music is in my external hard drive. For library i imported setting from external hard drive.

You must install MC22 first and then restore your license.  You've probably missed the install part.

i downloaded the version 22……any other suggestion?
