Can't get Media 22 going

thank you for the tips...I will try jriver later today after work :(.....Funny thing is everytime I try to change settings I will get hangups as well....Its been very frustrating indeed. I had family over the holidays and fiddled around for couple of hours to get music started. Unfortunately, no success.

So far, only thing i can do jriver is play songs. If i need to go and change settings or options, flywheel appears and gets stuck again. Any other suggestions?
