what do you mean…..I downloaded, installed into app and from their i open the jriver…..is that wrong?

i downloaded a trial version and then purchase a license for $49.98….it worked without a hiccup and then now everytime I try to use it, it freezes….

Are you making sure you open the .dmg file and drag and drop Media Center 22 into the Applications folder and start it from there?

I'm using yosemite. Yes iam using latest 22 version.
