I decided to re-install Windows 10 on a new machine rather than go from my old image.

I am now using an ATI RX480 Sapphire and I have the following behavior:

Audio but no video just a black screen
Thumbs for video files that won't build
Detached Display not working; MC locks up when I try it

I re-installed JRMC22 today and same issues; do I need CCCP?

I have never seen this type of problem with MC.
