Hi, I am writing to request an invoice as proof of purchase of a software product I bought from your company in order to be a reimbursed by my University. I have tried to obtain the information from your website but did not succeed.

Would you be so kind to send it to my email address at your earliest convenience as it is required for a research project to be closed and I have been asked to provide with relative urgency.
