And this is my work around
1) Configure the removable drive that Windows 10 sees and JRiver send to "Devices" does not as a hand held.
2) Sync the handheld configured above in 1)

Same result achieved as "send to drives and devices"

If that is how it is intended to work, would it not have been "helpful" if JRiver team would have stated that, or suggested it initially?
