I was at a client today to upgrade his 2 computers to MC 22. One computer is the main computer and the server service is running all the time. The other pc (slave or player) is connected to the library from the main computer with the acces key. If I make a new custom view on this slave pc, for example Genres in video, I make the correct settings and I use the right rules for display it does n't work. It show all the movies or shows however on Web Gizmo it shows a map Genres in Video but no genres are mentioned and all the movies and show are there.
If I close MC22 on the slave pc and I open it again Genre is disapear in the "Show categories in this order".
The strange thing is, if I am doing exactly the same on my laptop with a few videos on it, it works and also on my media pc with all my movies and shows it show all the genres.
What can I do to resolve this isue?
