Odd. I loaded my first MP3 Edition CD [One CD from Hydn's Complete Symphonies] into my Mac and it didn’t appear in the Media Center ...

I tried an old CD [non-MP3] which I'd already ripped and it appeared just fine.

Anyone help?

You'll want to copy the contents of your MP3 CD to your hard drive music folder structure.  Assuming you use auto import, MC should pick up the files once you copy them to the hard drive.

I'll try.

1.  Use Finder.  That's the Mac's file manager program.  it looks like a smiley face in a blue box.  You should be able to open two Finder windows:  One where you click on the CD and see the MP3s.  Then a second window where you have your music folder.  Make a directory for the new music inside your music folder.  Then you should just be able to drag the MP3s from the CD window over to the Music window.  It's beyond the scope here for me to try to describe Finder operations in any more detail.  There are many internet resources for learning to use the Finder if you need any additional help with it.

2.  Auto Import is configured here:  Tools > Options > Library & Folders > Configure auto import
You set up directories that you want monitored for new files.  Then MC will pick up any new files that are added to those directories.  Here's the Wiki entry on auto import, which has lots more info:

Everytime i try to change any settings, it crashes. Im using latestv22 on mac mini 2014 yosemite. I even went far as restoring the mac and reinstalling everything.
