Very long durations listed for short TV Show recordings

I have a bunch of recorded TV Shows that show a 25+ hour duration for a one hour broadcast. The "duration" tag is not editable. 
Any idea why this is happening? Maybe some data glitch in the OTA broadcast info (or is field calculated by MC)?
