Burning CD - Insert Disc & Refresh

MC will not acknowledge that blank CD has been inserted

- I can rip CD's
- Drive is recognized in Config for Burning
- Windows 10 recognizes that blank CD has been inserted

Any ideas (If anyone still burns CD's!)?
