Running Windows 10 Pro Version 1607 OS Build 14393.693. JRiver Media Center 22.0.54 will not do CBR encoding on conversion from lossless wave to mp3.  I select CBR/ABR, enter 320 bitrate as target, check constant bitrate box but resulting mp3s are variable bitrate.  Perform same conversion with same selections in JRiver18 and result is constant 320 bitrate on all files. Has anyone else had this problem?  Is there a planned fix coming?

I initially had this problem, but I hadn't seen the check box that says "limit to constant bit rate".  Once I checked that box, I've always gotten constant bit rate files.  I don't do this very often at all, but I just did one song to check and it ended up as 320kbps constant.

I'm running MC22.0.43 for Mac.
