music stops after a few seconds

Hi, suddenly, my JRiver centre stops playing music after a few seconds. I've upgraded to the latest version but this does not seem to help. Can't find anything resembling this simple issue on the support forums. 

Windows 10 (up to date) direct output to Spitfire DAC (the lights go out on the DAC, implying a problem in the PC, it seems to me. Hoping that someone out there had a suggestion.

Try power cycling everything, including the DAC and network components.

Also which output are you using? Direct Sound? WASAPI? Kernel Streaming? ASIO?

Did you ever find out the cause? Mine is starting to do this; Plays for 30 seconds, stops and plays the same track again and again and again forever.
was working fine. All cat cabled network. Computer & synology NAS, VAI Moon 180 into Gato DIA250 DAC
any solutions?
Do I delete jriver and download again?

Reinstalling would probably make no difference.

What version of MC are you using?

What is a VAI Moon?
