Upgrading to Master License

I m having a problem upgrading to a master license. Previously i own a Mac license but now that I had sold my Mac and jumped ship to a windows, I cant find a way to upgrade the license to master license at a reduced price. I have no access to another Mac to upgrade the license. Is there any other way i can upgrade my license to master license? Any help will be much appreciated.
