Adding VST Plugin Doesn't Work?!

When I go to DSP Studio and 'Manage Plugins...' -> 'Add JRiver, VST, or WinAmp Plug-in' the sub-menu just closes and nothing opens up to browse for a plugin or VST file.  Is this a bug in MC21?  I need to add the Sonarworks Headphone and Speaker plugins that I purchased so I can use those instead of the built in EQ.

This was a bug in the final release of MC21.  It has been fixed since then.
