willl not lmport folder

I have a lot of music in Media Center.  All works fine.

Now I have another album/folder of music that MC will not import.

I point to the folder and follow the instructions to import.  MC says it imported 0 files.  Manual import, automatic import...

How can I get this music imported?

What version of MC are you using?

It is possible that it has been imported earlier.  Try a search for it in MC.

Win 10 x64

I can't find anything that addresses this issue when I have searched.
