Version 22.0.88 Weird doubling distortion with upsampling high resolution files

Latest version when playing upsampled 24/96 (and higher resolution) I get weird stuttering/doubling playback.  Same problem with and without Sox resampling option selected.  Standard 16/44 files play fine.
