JRiver software recognizes Pono drives - only shows sync option & not transfer?

I have the latest JRiver software for my
Pono. When I plug in the device, it recognizes both drives, but the only option it gives me is to sync. I simply want to transfer either CD's I have ripped, or music downloaded from HD Tracks. It seems to just want to sync. My entire music library is showing and that is the only issue. These are flac files and I do have that checked. Suggestions?

You should be able to drag and drop files to your pono.

I have tried to drag and drop the files, but the box only shows "sync" rather than "transfer". How do I get it into the transfer mode as opposed to sync mode?

JimH:
Just drag to the Handheld action window.  Then press transfer.
