CDs with multiple album entries in database - how to change original choice ?

I am currently ripping a new set of 142 CDs that I purchased.
Many of them have multiple matches for album/track info. The first time I insert the CD, I get prompted to choose one.
Sometimes, I find out afterwards that this choice was not ideal, and I want to try another choice.
If I right-click on the CD drive and click "Update from online database", I am never presented with the original choice again.
I have also tried "edit disc information", to change the album/artist/genre/composer/year, as well as "rename", both when right clicking on the CD drive. But every time I do "Update from online database", it fetches back all the same original info.

Is there a way to get back to the original choice between matches, and if so how ?
