I have recently upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10 (anniversary edition) and the audio file conversion functionality stopped working. I have been relying on Media Center 22 for converting my audio files (.m4a) to WMA to be able to use them in my car through a portable HDD (the car's system only accepts WMA). I have further upgraded earlier today to the Windows 10 Creators' Edition, hoping that Microsoft might have fixed something. But still the same problem.

Are there others having the same problem in Windows 10? Any solutions? Does JRiver have this issue on their "to do" list (I hope!).

I will appreciate any guidance you might provide. Thanks!!!

  • The color of Spring...

It's a known issue on Windows 10.

Pay attention and read marko's posts in that topic carefully, especially this one as he details a fix.
