Just started yesterday after the last update.  I have videos stored on a server and have been able to play them until the last update.  Running Windows 10 64 bit with a Radeon 470 card.  Please review log file.

See if DX11 is checked in MadVR settings

Reinstall the previous version to confirm that is the update causing the problem.

This sounds like the recent Windows 10 issue introduced by an update some weeks ago, that causes crashes in various video players.
An easy fix is to install the most recent Windows 10 updates which fix this.

I am having the same problem with the latest version of Media Center 22. Reinstalled a number of times, updated Windows 10 to the latest version. Crashing after hitting Play on any Audio or Video file. I went back to an earlier version that I had on my download files, back on September of 2016. All works well now. I will wait for the next 22 update before I try again.
