I suspect that you do not have MC 22.0.93 for Mac installed. Or you are accidentally using a different version. Or you bought a Windows license (unlikely).
Have you installed 22.0.93 from the post at the top of this forum? Help > About Media Center will tell you your exact version.

If you have MC22 licensed already, you can just wait until MC23 is released. There is no need to do anything now.

You have an MC23 license. You don't need to buy anything else.
