PLR, PSR and RMS values for tagging please

Regarding

http://yabb.jriver.com/interact/index.php/topic,104566.0.html

In April 2016 I've requested to implement at least RMS, PLR and PSR during audio analyzing - with some +1 votes - and nothing happened anymore.

Until today (May 2017) there is still no program on the market which is able to update a music library file per file in one batch with these values.

It was 1 of 2 reasons to buy MC 22 (bought in August 2016) and now MC 23 is planned. So maybe there is a chance to see something library/tagging useful things soon?

Missing:

Avg. RMS db (must be there internally because you calc DR)
Max. RMS db (must be there internally because you calc DR)
.. RMS is still a missing factor about sound quality!

Max. Momentary (LUFS) (could be there internally because you calc R128)
Max. Short-Term (LUFS) (could be there internally because you calc R128)

PLR = Integrated Peak to loudness Ratio.
... PLR is the effectively LUFS version of DR value (and finally the better "Dynamic-Range-Indicator").

Max. PSR (there when you calc PLR). Peak to Short-term loudness Ratio.

Thanks
