I recently upgraded to Media Center 23.  I am currently using MC21.  The reason I upgraded is that MC 21 stopped working soon after I changed my operating system to Windows 10.  I have tried reinstalling, but the messages below keep occurring:
    Media Center 21 is running but there may be a problem

       1. Also running under different user account

       2. MC 21 and Media Server are both in Windows Startup. Remove one.

       3. Try rebooting. Verify no other accounts running the program.
 
   Media Center was installed for a different operating system.  Please reinstall media center.

Please Advise.
