The registration code you sent me doesn't work.

I received your email today in regards to buying Media 23. I was very careful and saved my code, but when I entered it it came back not valid. So I then asked for the code to be sent to me. I received the codes and checked it against my copy. There the same. But I entered the code that you sent me.  Same thing happens. What is it that I am doing wrong?

Generally you have to make sure you're using the latest Media Center 22 build (as Media Center 23 isn't out yet) - the latest builds accept the MC23 licenses, depending on the type of license you have.

  Thanks for getting back to me. I was trying to purchase the new version, Media 23, master. I tried putting in the code that I had saved, but it wasn't right and I don't understand why. But, I tried again today, using a different code, and that worked. So problem solved. But perhaps you help me with another problem? I have two computers. What do I need to do to transfer the new code to my other computer. Thanks very much.

I have two computers. What do I need to do to transfer the new code to my other computer. 
You can transfer the Install Key to the second machine.  Please read this:
