Stopped first time iTunes sync how do i restart?

Hello everyone,

I am a New user and it took me only 30 minutes to figure out this is an awesome product and immediately bought it.  By mistake I stopped the first time sync.  Now it won't import other files in my iTunes.  How do i restart the first time sync?

You can set up auto-import to watch certain folders and import new files.
