My devices are similar to others in that I have a Avantage AV Receiver connected to a Samsung Screen via HDMI. The PC also connected to to the receiver via a HDMI.
I use a Logitech Harmony Elite remote with a hub.
Using the Google Home and a card via IFTTT, I can have the Google home switch all my devices on and off. I've also dabbled with the Amazon Dot trying to master House Band but that seems to be hit and miss for me and only for playing your music. I have found house Band does not find all my Library.
