WASAPI not working with PinkFaun I2S Multichannel Bridge

Just received my PinkFaun streamer from Jord at PinkFaun.  I have the I2S multichannel bridge installed.  WASAPI is not working for me.  I get massive stutter and then some of the standard error messages about format when I try different settings.  Direct Sound gives good audio results, but of course, can only get one sampling result plus going back through Windows, if I understand correctly.
Does anybody have any suggestions on how to make WASAPI work?
