Black Screen on HD TV Channels

Just updated from MC22, system was fully working no issues.
After update my TV channels that are HD now display a black screen, sound is OK. Other non HD channels play fine.

Did some digging in Red October HQ all works fine, I cant use this setting as I get slight jumpiness.
In Red October Standard and Hardware accelerate video I get the issue, when I turn off Hardware accelerate all is OK again.
Worked fine in MC22.
I have updated to latest graphics drivers, still have the issue.
