Synchronize two local library (according music rating)

Hello
I have installed the jriver 23.
I have two local libraries in my PC: the main one in a external hardrive, and a small one on a internal drive.
Due to the size of the main library, I would like to keep in my PC a small library with the 4 and 5 star rating from the biggest one.
The idea is to unplugged the external drive and have only my favorite musics.
It's possible?
