Tried installing but cant get it to work, started with subversion 8 and just tried subversion 13.
When I try and play live tv or existing recorded files I get a black screen plus "adding required components" it then goes away and comes back a few times and then gives the invalid decoder filter or output pin message.
I have disabled AV scanning
I have a 200Mb+ downstream connection so no issue with connections to net.
I have tried running as administrator on the install
If I go back to MC22 it all works perfectly...
Can we get manual links to the additional components so I can try that route?

If it is a problem with antivirus, then disabling it may not be sufficient. You need to uninstall the AV to find out if it is the problem.
I believe you're saying that MC installs OK, but the failure occurs when you try to watch video.

Sounds to me like it failed to download the dependency. A firewall or AV might do that.
Manual downloads are not possible, as MC would still try to install the dependency, since it couldn't verify the version.
