Data Base in read only modus

The Big Labinski:
When I´m open a database which one is already open then the message „read only“ appears - which one is fine.

Now I had the problem that I forgot this and changes on this database were lost.
Would it possible to show this in the info bar on the top?
If yes – how?

I just want like to see always somwehre in MC if the databes is open in read only modus.
