CUE file problems

PCM No Header (L16) - cue doesn't work

PCM No Header (L16)  - cue works but all convert to 16Bit

I still do not see an output to configure correctly, so that CUE and correct output for formats work.

For PCM 44.1/16 bit -> 44.1/16 bit  (not 44.1/32 bit )
For  PCM 192/24 bit -> 192/24 bit

In DSP Studio all turned off.
