--- Quote from: Ekpen on July 25, 2017, 03:49:01 pm ---I have experienced a few issues with this version/ 23.19, and I tried to install 23.21, Ubuntu did not complete the install. It even suggested I remove it . The version of Ubuntu is 17.04.
The Master license will tend to install successfully, it will even display "register to" info.
But when I powered off and on in the morning It will flag license has expired. When I quit the desktop then reload MC, it will ask me to reload the Master licence, then re loading the license will be fine.
This Master license issue has been going on for almost 5 days, and it is still continuing.

Also when I tried to generate access key, it freezes up, as a result access key many keys were generated at one time.
The galaxy skin and theme are fine on the new server, today my entire database migrated ok, except a minor issue.
Audio loaded up in theater view, but movies will not load up.

in a terminal windows on that machine please do this:
dpkg -l libasound2
And tell us what the version of libasound2 is.

As for the license, that sounds like the hardware address randomization issue, see here:

Not sure about the theater view issue. Are you running with multiple monitors??

Awesome Donkey:
Oh boy, I wonder if the Network Manager address randomization issue is present in the latest Ubuntu (if they're using the latest version)? If so, that can and will cause these issues.

Yeah, I'll look into seeing what version of Network Manager Ubuntu 17.04 is using here in a bit (same with Debian, actually). I might have to add this to the tutorial.

EDIT: Yep, Ubuntu 17.04 is using Network Manager 1.4.4.

EDIT 2: Looks like Debian is too. I'll add it to the tutorial when I get some time later today.
