jriver.com unreachable

Hi,

From my home broadband connection jriver.com became unreachable a few weeks ago. All other domains I've tried are reachable. From my phone through the mobile network it is also reachable (it's also unreachable from the mobile phone if connected through the broadband wifi). Using a VPN it is also reachable via the home broadband. Of course they say it's not their problem.

Have you made any changes or upgrades at all to your servers the last weeks? A traceroute shows the traffic stops somewhere in the US. Could it be a routing problem from my Internet provider's overseas routing? It's not a DNS problem, I've tried that. Also tried disabling the router's firewall. I have not made any changes to my router firmware or setup the last couple of months.

What can cause such an odd problem? I've dealt with PC's for almost 25 years, but this I've never come across...

EDIT: I can not find a Forum Support board, so I don't know where to put this. Move it if this is the wrong board.

Here's a copy of the traceroute.

One more thing, it is also unreachable from Media Center if I try to search for updates.

Would you post a traceroute to ns2.jriver.net please?

Here's another similar problem:

We don't allow traceroute so it's expected that it will fail if it were to get that far. The point is where does it stop?
