Problems with Railink WIFI dongles

I've had difficulties connecting to one of my pi's via wifi for some time. Finally, I came across a post (below) which indicates Railink wifi drivers might not play well with linux. I swapped out my Railink dongle for a TPLink and everything has been working great since. Thought I'd share.
