Upgrade to MC23 did not borrow the settings and the lilbrary!

Upgrade to MC23 did not actually perform an upgrade - was clean fresh.

While I re-configured everything, I would like to manually copy the library from MC21

Is it possible?

Backup in MC21.  Restore in MC23.  Read carefully when you restore.
