Syncing/tagging photos in multiple places - Same file on cloud, NAS, etc

Dusting off my copy of media center 15 for some photo organization  ;D

I automatically back up photos to flickr, dropbox and my NAS (Synology).  Is there a way for MC to recognize a file that's in 2 or more locations as the same file, and apply new tags accordingly?

Not sure if I should post this in current forum for more attention but thought I'd start here.
