My JRiver iD USB kit can not start

I have already burned 3 installations !

Intel NUC DN2820FYK
Bios setup default
SSD 32 GB

JRiver seems to install correctly without an error message but on restart the NUC refuses to boot on the hard disk ...

Then if I excecute option 2 "repair boot issue" of the usb key I have an error message starting with "partition GPU no bios"

After search on internet I found to put the flag "bios_grub" on the first parttion (done with gparted on usb key)
Option 2 then passes without an error message but the NUC always refuses to start

What to do ?

There were some problems with the build script that wouldn't work on older model NUCs. We will be shipping you a new USB Id build stick shortly, so you should receive an e-mail with more details soon.
