Can't transfer files from JRiver to Pono

Hi.

Can't transfer music from JRiver to Pono.

I get a message on my computer about the USB device not recognized.

Used other USB ports, same problem.

Check my USB drivers, they are all up to date.

I never had this problem using the trial version of JRiver earlier this year.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I purchased the program today specifically to use with my Pono, which works fine.

Hi Jim.

I got it to work, but not very smoothly.

After pressing the add music button on my pono the transfer came on, but switched off again with the device drive not recognized message.

But I tried it again numerous times, and sometime it would let me transfer the file. Other times it would not.

In one case it only took one song from an album. But after repeated tries I managed to transfer three full albums.

Yikes.

I'll keep you posted if there are new developments.

I would try another cable.

Also try a search on the Pono forum.
