madVR works in MC22, not in MC23

Still a defect with madVr + full screen exclusive mode + 3D MVC playback.

MC22 - works every time;  no issues

MC23 - full screen mode does *not* engage (verified settings), and using hot-keys to try and get madVr to kick into full-screen exclusive mode does not work.  Without exclusive mode, 3D doesn't actually work on nVidia.  Says it's enabled but it's not actually outputting frame-packed.

Same version of madVr I am using between the two builds of MC.

given it works in MC22 but not 23, there has to be a difference in how this integration works between MC and madVr.
