Minor DSP Studio Plug-in management issues

Two small menu issues with adding/removing plug-ins to DSP Studio:

When adding a plug-in via the Managing Plug-ins button, the dialog box "Add JRiver, VST or Winamp Plug-in.../Reset Order/Uninstall/Show Always on Top" is always on top until the PackageInstaller application is closed.  If you switch context to another application before finishing the selection of a plug-in, this menu stays on top until either MC is force-quit or the PackageInstaller app is quit.

When removing a plug-in via the same dialog, the confirmation dialog often pops up behind the DSP screen that you're on, so you need to move the screen to click the dialog.  This wasn't consistent, but it happened to me more often than not in testing.
