What is a playchart?

I can't find a definition of this on the wiki or anywhere in the forum. I can see it is generally linked to playdoctor though so is a playchart basically a playlist for playdoctor or is it something else?

So a Play Chart is a seed list for Play Doctor ?  As opposed to picking an artist or an album, you give it a whole list (chart) to start with.  Hmm, interesting...

The seed can be a single file or a playlist.
